1. Personality testing is based on three professional psychological subtest
- NEO five-factor personality inventory
- SPARO
- FIRO
The tests are capable of comprehensively describing the personality of the candidate with regard to dominant characteristics relevant in his professional life as well as eventual individual psychological abnormalities (pathological behaviour manifestations).
We succeed in describing the personality according to feedback from candidates with an accuracy of about 95%.

2. Personality testing can be assisted by IQ tests
IQ tests are based on nine subtests which assess:

The result of IQ testing is the "intelligence quotient" and defines the strengths and weaknesses of the candidate from the various areas of testing.
